Veterans' Employment Act of 1994 - Establishes within the Department of Labor a Deputy Assistant Secretary of Labor for Veterans' Employment and Training. Requires such Deputy Assistant to be a veteran. Requires the pay rates for disabled veterans' outreach specialists to be comparable to those paid other professionals in State government.
