Declares that, upon proper request filed with the Customs Service after January 1, 1995, and before June 1, 1995, any entry of metal oxide varistors made after December 31, 1992, and before January 1, 1994, shall be liquidated or reliquidated (refunded) as if certain provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) applied to such entry.
