Bill Summary
Provides eligibility for burial in national cemeteries for an individual (and his or her dependents) who was entitled to retired pay as a member of the reserves (at least 20 years of service in the reserves) or who would have been entitled to retired pay but for the fact that such person was under 60 years of age.
