Bill Summary
Boston Harbor Wastewater Treatment Act of 1993 - Amends the Federal Water Pollution Control Act to direct the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency to make grants to the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority for constructing wastewater treatment works for areas served by the Authority. Limits the Federal share of such grants to 75 percent of construction costs. Authorizes appropriations.
