Prescription Drug Prices Review Board Act of 1993 - Establishes in the Food and Drug Administration the Patented Medicine Prices Review Board which shall have the power to decrease the length of term of a prescription drug patent if, after notice and a hearing, it is found that the drug's price is excessive.
