Iran Foreign Sanctions Act of 1995 - Directs the President to impose certain economic sanctions against foreign persons who, with requisite knowledge, engage in trade with Iran. Sets forth such sanctions, including prohibition, with specified exceptions, of U.S. Government procurement from such persons or issuance of export licenses to, or of importation of goods or services from, them.
