Rules Committee Resolution H. Res. 334 Reported to House. Rule provides for consideration of H.R. 1643. Upon adoption of this resolution, it shall be in order to take the bill from the Speaker's table, with the Senate amendment thereto, and to consider in the House the motion printed in the report accompanying this resolution. The Senate amendment and the motion shall be considered as read. All points of order against the motion shall be waived. The motion shall debatable for one hour. The previous question shall be considered as ordered without intervening motion.
