Bill Summary

Requires the Director of the United States Information Agency (USIA) to make available to the Archivist of the United States a master copy of the film entitled "Fragile Ring of Life." Requires the Archivist, upon certain conditions being met, to reimburse the USIA Director for any expenses in making the master copy, deposit such film in the National Archives, and make copies available for purchase and public viewing.
