Authorizes the city of Las Vegas, Nevada, to submit to the Secretary of the Interior a claim to specified Federal lands located in the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Las Vegas District, Clark County, Nevada, on behalf of owners of adjacent real property. Directs the Secretary to convey such lands to the city upon payment by the city of fair market value (based on a BLM approved appraised market value of the lands as of December 1, 1982) and...
