Termination of Energy and Natural Resource Tax Subsidies Act of 1995 - Amends the Internal Revenue Code to repeal the expensing of intangible drilling and development costs and of mining exploration and development costs. Repeals limitations on percentage depletion in the case of oil and gas wells. Repeals the exception from passive loss rules for working interest in oil and gas property.
