Directs the U.S. Customs Service, upon proper request, to: (1) reliquidate certain entries of imported chemicals (Perkadox 16 and all its variations) at a rate of duty of 3.7 percent ad valorem; and (2) refund to the importer any excess duties paid with respect to such entries.
