Bill Summary
Provides that, during any period of lapsed Federal appropriations, the pay and benefits of the following officials and employees shall be treated in the same manner as the pay and benefits of Federal department or agency employees affected by such lapse: (1) the President and Vice President; (2) Members of Congress; and (3) employees under the Executive Schedule or in the Senior Executive Service.
