Amends title II (Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act to require the Social Security Administration to disclose the social security account number or any other pertinent information maintained by it relating to an individual pursuant to any judgment, decree, or order requiring such a disclosure issued by a court of competent jurisdiction.
