Bill Summary
Small Business Lending Disclosure Act of 1995 - Amends the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation Improvement Act of 1991 to: (1) mandate that insured depository institutions include in their annual reports of condition their small business lending practices; and (2) prescribe additional guidelines for mandatory information disclosure, including information on minority-owned businesses.
