Menopause Outreach, Research, and Education Act of 1995 - Amends the Public Health Service Act to require the Director of the National Institute on Aging to provide for the expansion of at least five centers for research on: (1) menopause; and (2) conditions arising from the diminishing or cessation of the functioning of the ovaries, whether occurring naturally or otherwise.
