H.R.742: To amend the Federal Advisory Committee Act to limit the application of that Act to meetings between Federal officers or employees and representatives of State, county, and local governments and Indian tribes, and to limit the application of that Act to activities of the Department of the Interior related to consultations of the Department with Indian tribal organizations with respect to the management of funds held in trust by the United States for Indian tribes.
