Congressional Travel Accountability Resolution - Amends the Rules of the House of Representatives to add rule LIII that requires: (1) each Member, Delegate, or Resident Commissioner in the House to submit to the Clerk biannually an itemized report detailing all covered Federal travel by the Member (as a Member) and the costs associated with such travel; and (2) the Clerk to submit the information for publication in the Congressional Record....
