Bill Summary
Provides for educational assistance for eligible dependents of Federal law enforcement officers who are killed or disabled in the performance of their duties. Entitles such dependents to such assistance for: (1) one month for each month (or fraction) of the disabled officer's service, up to a maximum of 45 months; and (2) the maximum 45 months, if the officer has been killed. Limits the period for using such assistance to before the later of:...
