Amends the Energy Policy Act of 1992 to repeal the Advanced Nuclear Reactor program. Prohibits the expenditure of any funds for FY 1997 for implementation of any aspect of such program. Rescinds any funds slated for the program that are not expended as a result of this Act, including any underlying appropriations for it. Expresses the sense of the Congress that any money returned to the Treasury as a result of this Act should be deposited in...
