Authorizes Mary Chiles, and any other Senate employee from whom testimony may be required, to testify and to produce documents in the case of State of Florida v. Kathleen Bush, except concerning matters for which a privilege should be asserted. Authorizes the Senate Legal Counsel to represent such individuals in connection with such case.
