Bill Summary
Requires the Secretary of Agriculture to convey specified land in Dos Palos, California, to the Dos Palos Ag Boosters for use as a farm school. States that upon request of the Boosters such conveyance may be made to the Dos Palos School District. Requires, as consideration, that the transferee pay to the Secretary the fair market value of the land conveyed. Directs the Secretary to determine the fair market value.
