Great Lakes Fish and Wildlife Restoration Act of 1998 - Amends the Great Lakes Fish and Wildlife Restoration Act of 1990 to: (1) include among the Act's purposes to develop and implement proposals for the restoration of fish and wildlife resources in the Great Lakes Basin; and (2) add a reference to "other organisms" to the definition of "nonindigenous species."
