Bill Summary
Allows the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to assign a Department of Veterans Affairs health-care professional to a Department health-care facility only in those States in which such individual is licensed to practice. Requires that, when an individual dies in a Department facility, the Secretary shall follow that State's requirements concerning the filing of death certificates.
