Bill Summary
Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to revise the classification for duty-free treatment of fuel rods, uranium pellets, and zirconium tubing used in nuclear fuel assemblies. Provides for retroactive application of this Act, upon proper request filed with the Customs Service, for eligible goods entered after January 15, 1996, and before the 15th day after enactment of this Act.
