Bill Summary
Amends the Federal criminal code to permit any person who is not subject to a Federal firearms prohibition and who is licensed or otherwise entitled to carry a concealed firearm in one State to carry a concealed firearm under the same terms in any State, subject to each State's restrictions concerning locations in which firearms may not be carried.
