Authorizes land previously transferred from the United States to Merced County, California, to be used for an elementary school, notwithstanding otherwise applicable conveyance restrictions. States that if the land is used for such purpose, the County shall include information concerning such use within currently required periodic reports to the Secretary of the Interior.
