Florida Keys Water Quality Improvements Act of 1998 - Directs the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency to make grants to the Florida Keys Aqueduct Authority or other appropriate agencies of the State of Florida or Monroe County, Florida. Makes eligible for such grants projects to: (1) replace inadequate wastewater treatment systems in the County; (2) establish, replace, or improve stormwater management systems in the County; or...
