Nonqualified Aliens Discovery Act - Amends the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act of 1996 to extend the transition and redetermination of eligibility period for certain aliens who were receiving supplemental security income benefits on the date of enactment of such Act.
