Directs the Bureau of Justice Assistance of the Department of Justice to provide relief to the family of a named individual fully commensurate with what would have been provided under the Public Safety Officers' Benefits Act of 1976 had the Bureau determined that such individual died as the direct and proximate result of a personal injury sustained in the line of duty.
