Emergency Food Assistance Enhancement Act of 1998 - Amends the Food Stamp Act of 1977 to: (1) eliminate the additional authorization of appropriations for employment and training programs; and (2) increase the amount of required commodity purchases for distribution under the Emergency Food Assistance Act of 1983.
