Bill Summary
Communications Personnel Paperwork Reduction Act of 1998 -Amends the Communications Act of 1934 to direct the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), within 30 days after enactment of this Act, to repeal specified reporting and recordkeeping requirements. Prohibits the FCC from discriminating in employment, or granting any preference in employment, on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, age, or sex.
