Agricultural Reconciliation Act of 1997 - Amends the Agricultural Act of 1938 to repeal provisions regarding: (1) parity payments to producers of wheat, corn, cotton, rice, or tobacco; (2) farm marketing quotas and acreage allotments for corn; (3) marketing quotas for wheat, cotton, and rice; and (4) wheat marketing allocation.
