Physician Assistant Incentive Act of 1997 - Amends title XVIII (Medicare) of the Social Security Act to repeal restrictions on the setting of services provided by physician assistants for which payment may be made. Permits the specified payment for physician assistant services, and services and supplies furnished as an incident to physician assistant services, on an assignment-related basis only.
