Rule provides for consideration of H.R. 2183. Provides for the further consideration of the bill in the Committee of the Whole House on the state of the Union pursuant to H.Res. 442. Specifies that all points of order against each amendment printed in the report of the committee on Rules (House Report 105-566) are waived if the amendment is offered by a Member designated in the report. An amendment so offered shall be considered as read.
