Deficit Integrity Act - Excludes the receipts and disbursements of the social security, Federal military retiree, highway, Medicare, civil service retirement, unemployment, and airports trust funds and any other Federal trust fund included in the gross Federal debt from the Federal budget baseline for any fiscal year.
