Liberty Dollar Bill Act - Amends Federal law to mandate that the design of the reverse side of $1 Federal reserve notes, in a form the Secretary of the Treasury deems appropriate, incorporate: (1) the preamble to the Constitution; (2) a list of the Articles of the Constitution; and (3) a list of the first ten amendments to the Constitution.
