Olympic and Amateur Sports Act Amendments of 1998 - Retitles the Amateur Sports Act as the Olympic and Amateur Sports Act. (Sec. 3) Amends the Act to define "paralympic sports organization." (Sec. 4) Includes the Paralympic Games and amateur athletes with disabilities within the scope of the Act and the United States Olympic Committee (USOC).
