Federal Reserve Fiscal Accountability Act of 1998 - Directs the Comptroller General to identify and report to the Congress on those functions and activities of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (the Board) and of each Federal Reserve bank that are directly related to the establishment and conduct of United States monetary policy.
