S.2234: A bill to require the Secretary of Agriculture to carry out a trade compensation assistance program if the President, any other member of the executive branch, or any other provision of law causes exports from the United States to any country to be suspended for reasons of national security policy, and to require the Secretary of Defense to reimburse the Commodity Credit Corporation for the cost of each such program.
