Bill Summary
Permits the Greater Washington Soap Box Derby Association to sponsor soap box derby races as a free public event on the Capitol grounds on June 24, 2000.Requires the Capitol Police Board to provide for enforcement of the restrictions contained in Federal law provisions concerning sales, advertisements, displays, and solicitations on the Capitol grounds, as well as other restrictions applicable to the Capitol grounds, with respect to such event.
