H.R.2857: To amend the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act to ensure congressional involvement in the process by which rivers that are designated as wild, scenic, or recreational rivers by an act of the legislature of the State or States through which they flow may be included in the national wild and scenic rivers system, and for other purposes.
