Accountability in Testing Act of 2001 - Limits the use of Federal funds to conduct tests or assessments in public elementary or secondary schools to only those tests or assessments that meet specified conditions. Prohibits any Federal official from requiring, as a condition of receipt of Federal funds for conducting testing in an elementary or secondary school, that: (1) a test be federally verified as to any other than those specified...
