Medicare Mammogram Access Protection Act of 2001 - Amends Federal law commonly known as the Benefits Improvement and Protection Act to provide for a one-year delay of inclusion of payment for screening mammography in the Medicare (title XVIII of the Social Security Act (SSA)) physician fee schedule.Amends SSA title XVIII to provide for a change in reimbursement under the Medicare program for screening mammographies furnished in 2002.Directs...
