Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to convey specified land and a right-of-way to Ephraim City, Utah, if the City conveys specified industrial park property to the United States.Provides that any land conveyed to the United States pursuant to this Act shall be under the administrative jurisdiction of the U.S. Forest Service.
