Bill Summary
Native American Veterans Home Loan Act of 2001 - Extends through December 31, 2005, a program under which the Secretary of Veterans Affairs may make direct housing loans to Native American veterans. Authorizes the tribal organization with jurisdiction over such a veteran to enter into a memorandum of understanding with any Federal department or agency with respect to such loans.
