Vaccine Injury Compensation Reform Act - Amends the Public Health Service Act to revise the deadline for filing petitions for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program. Allows petitions to be filed until 36 months after the date on which the injury is diagnosed, except that, if the injury is first diagnosed before enactment of this Act, a petition may be filed until 36 months after the latest of: (1) the diagnosis...
