Military Pay Raise Act of 2001 - Increases, as of January 1, 2002, the rates of basic pay for military personnel by a percentage increase of 7.3 to 10.5 percent based upon the member's pay grade and years of service, with the highest percentage increase for grade E-9 enlisted personnel. Waives during FY 2002 any required adjustment in such rates in conformance with any adjustment in the General Schedule of compensation for Federal classified...
