Air Conditioner Energy Efficiency Leadership Act - Requires Federal agencies to acquire central air conditioners and heat pumps that meet or exceed specified standards.Subjects to such standards any central air conditioner or heat pump: (1) acquired for use by the Federal Government in California, Washington, Oregon, Nevada, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Utah, Colorado, Arizona, or New Mexico after September 30, 2001; and (2) acquired for use by...
