Social Security Uninsured Children's Entitlement Act of 2001 - Amends title II (Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) (OASDI) of the Social Security Act (SSA) to entitle certain uninsured children to new monthly benefits treated as monthly insurance benefits payable under the old-age and survivors insurance benefit program.
