Bill Summary
Amends Federal law to direct the American Battle Monuments Commission, after an agreement is made between the U.S. Government and the Government of Kenya, to maintain at the site of the former U.S. Embassy in Nairobi, Kenya, a memorial park honoring the persons killed by the bombing of such embassy on August 7, 1998. Authorizes the Commission to solicit and accept private contributions to carry out this Act.
